    A short written document: what the agent, software, or automation will do, what it explicitly won't do, the numbers we'll judge it by, fixed cost, and timeline. You read it, we adjust, you decide. The scope is fixed and signed before any work starts.

    Pilot

    A working pilot on your real work — your actual inbox, calls, or documents, not a demo dataset. It runs beside the human way of doing it, so you can see exactly what changes day to day. What works there is what the build scales.
