The agent that clears your document backlog

An agent that reads invoices, quotes, and forms as they arrive, extracts the data, and files it where it belongs.

The problem

Invoices, delivery notes, signed quotes, intake forms — they arrive as PDFs, scans, and photos, and someone has to open each one, retype the important parts, and file it. It’s error-prone evening work that grows with your revenue and never fully catches up.

The approach

A document agent watches the inbox or upload folder you already use. It reads each document like a trained assistant would: recognizes what it is, extracts the fields that matter (vendor, amounts, dates, job numbers), checks them against your records, and writes the result into your accounting or job-management system. Anything ambiguous goes to a human review queue with the agent’s best guess pre-filled.

What changes

The backlog stops existing — documents are processed the hour they arrive. Data entry hours drop to a short review of exceptions. Month-end closes faster because the records were already clean.
